Valued and supported

Our firm was founded on the fundamental principle that we will always put our people first; everyone deserves to work in an environment where they feel valued, supported and encouraged. We firmly believe that a happy and stable team is what allows us to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
Bar chart

We are a growing firm and we are always looking for talented people who want to work as part of a close-knit group in a friendly environment.

Our working practices are flexible, with hybrid working throughout the firm. In practice, that means we will retain a welcoming office in London for those who prefer to work there, but our team can also work remotely, where that makes sense. As a small firm, we can treat everyone as an individual when it comes to finding the hours, location and leave arrangements that suit them best.

Continued professional development is extremely important to us; our collaborative and supportive approach promotes on-the-job learning at all levels. We prioritise access to any courses, events or support that may benefit our colleagues through their training contracts and beyond.

The people we are looking for are those who share our aims: to do great work for our clients and to be part of a supportive team who always look out for each other. If that sounds like you, please see the roles for which we are currently recruiting:

Trainee Chartered Accountant (Apprenticeship Scheme)
We are not currently recruiting for a specific intake, but we are a growing firm and are always interested in in speaking to school leavers and graduates. We’ll be recruiting for September 2025 joiners from late 2024 onwards and may well have opportunities for the right people before then. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on: the audits, accounts and tax returns for a wide variety of small and mid-sized clients, albeit with a Financial Services sector focus; as well as assisting with interesting ad-hoc work; and being as helpful as you can across all aspects of our work, to our clients, and to everyone here. You’ll be encouraged and supported to take on responsibility from day one and to genuinely contribute to the future of the firm.

Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities you’ll study towards the ACA qualification (school leavers will study for the AAT first). The overall qualification takes around five years for school leavers to complete (three years for graduates), and we will support you every step of the way.

Entry requirements

  • 120 UCAS points from your top three A levels (or equivalent, based on the 2017 UCAS tariff. Excludes general studies)
  • 2:2 degree or higher (for graduates only. Can be predicted)
  • We do not require applicants to have taken Maths at A level, however we do require applicants to have achieved a level 5 or higher at GCSE level Maths and English
  • You must have a Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship

We will not be asking you to attend assessment centres, we simply ask that you are enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly and willing to learn.

Qualified and part-qualified accountants
We would love to hear from qualified or part-qualified accountants with audit, accounting and tax experience who are looking to make a move in autumn/winter 2024.  We are looking for people who want to work closely with partners and senior members of the client team, and who like to be involved in a variety of work including accounting, tax and ad hoc projects as well as audits of regulated firms and other SMEs.
