Neal Desai

Neal joined EVMS in 2026 having worked with the team at previous firms for many years. He brings an expert knowledge of FCA regulated businesses with a particular specialism in the accounting, tax and regulatory issues faced by PE and VC firms. He understands the commercial and regulatory challenges faced by his clients and is known for responding quickly as new circumstances arise, providing clear, accurate and practical advice.

Alongside his work with regulated asset managers and funds, Neal has supported a wide range of entrepreneurial clients in diverse sectors including property, technology, retail and hospitality.

Neal has well over ten years’ experience providing audit, financial reporting and tax advice. He has worked in practice throughout his career at all levels up to and including Responsible Individual (RI) and expects to complete the regulatory process required to resume that role in the near future.
