Alex has been assisting FCA-regulated entities and SMEs for more than 20 years, and has been an audit partner for over a decade.

Alongside his client portfolio, he acts as the firm’s Technical Partner and is our key expert on the complex areas of accounting, audit and financial company law. He prides himself on his ability to give clear and practical advice in straightforward language on even the most challenging technical questions. His knowledge is often sought by businesses involved in acquisitions and restructurings who want to ensure that they are not exposing themselves to any ongoing compliance issues or potential problems on a future exit.

As an audit partner, Alex has acted for numerous hedge fund, venture capital and private equity managers and UK-domiciled funds. In the SME arena, he has acted for restaurant businesses, property investment firms and technology companies, with the depth of his experience in these areas enhanced by providing technical support to his fellow partners.
